LLC "Harif" successfully runs from 2011 and operates in agribusiness sector including Export fruits and vegetables from Tajikistan under brand names of "TajikProduct" and "WeSellBerry". Our Company specializes in production, purchase and consolidation of berries, fruits and vegetables for further processing and packing.
At the end of 2021 LLC Harif finished installation and launch of the first blast freezing plant in Tajikistan. By now this is the only specialized enterprise in the country that is capable of processing up to 15 tons of berries, fruits or vegetables per day using the static freezing method. During 2022, the company had processed (frozen) berries (raspberries and blackberries), and also made batches of strawberries, plum halves and whole plums with a stone, and peach halves.
The process of freezing fruit and berries pass through a cycle including: receivement , washing, sorting, blast-cooling, blas-freezing (- 34 C), sorting by quality, packaging, and storage (- 18C). LLC Harif has its own laboratory.
The plant's facilities at the same time can store more than 500 tons of chilled and frozen fruits and berries. Storage facility equipped with modern machines to maintain premium quality products.
Products are mainly intended for the B2B segment (we are an ideal supplier for the production of jams, jams, confectionery and dairy products, drinks, as well as the HORECA segment (smoothies, compotes, teas, cocktails)). Also, the products are an ideal raw material for the production of freeze-dried berries.
To ensure high quality of raw products our farmers carefully grow and harvest perfectly ripened fruits, berries and vegetables selecting only the best to save unique aroma and taste.
And we on our side try to keep all vitamins and other natural nutrients during processing. Which is achieved by control of the cold chain along all paths, and providing proper processing and storage according best practices.
Tradition of manual harvesting of berries and fruits has been preserved in Tajikistan for a long time. The country is 93% mountainous and has the second largest hydropower resource in the world, with hundreds of mountain rivers running and gurgling in their stream.
